Characteristics and benefits
1.Energy-saving, taking SJN-1000B type for calcuating for a year , approximately 5000 tons of steam, and cooling water of hundreds of thousands of tons can be saved thus, cost of nearly 200.000RMB is reduced.
2.The concentrator adopts external heating natural cycling mode and negative pressure evaporating mode, with instant evaporation and great concentrated specific gravity up to 1.4(common soaked chinese medicine creams).Open boiler is not needed to reclaim creams.
3.The concentrator adopts both tri-effect evaporating mode and second-time steam utilization . Therefore, the investment on boilers can be reduced and energy can be saved by 70%,when compared with single-effect concentrator . Within a year, the investment saved can be up to total investment on the concentrator.
4.Multiply functions:1)The concentration of alcohol can be reclaimed is approximatedly 80%,with automatic material inlet and outlet.2)Creams can form in one time material is fed in first procedure,through second procedure, and forms in the third procedure.
5.The concentrator has a special structure.The materials after concentrating are thick and even. The materials can be concentrated in seal status without any bubbles, so material loss and pollution are reduced greatly.
